Gift Card Usage Policy
1- The recipient can use the gift credit to obtain any service (individual or group) or product from the Balance Space Center.
2- The recipient can use the credit once or multiple times until the card balance is depleted, with no expiration date.
3- The credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
4- The recipient retains their guaranteed rights regarding the confidentiality of the services provided to them, and the center does not share this information with the gift sender.
5- The gift user must present the card to use the credit.
6- Within 24 hours of receiving your request and the recipient’s information, your gift will reach the intended recipient via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
7- You will receive confirmation that your gift card has been sent to the recipient.

We will ensure your gift is delivered with the utmost care and professionalism to the client(s) most in need of psychological support and treatment, based on therapists’ assessments of each case, while maintaining the confidentiality of the gift recipient/service recipient.
You can choose the value of your gift, and the recipient can use the credit once.
