A space for intellectual and spiritual enrichment, where we delve into understanding the human psyche from a comprehensive Islamic and scientific perspective. We read and study texts from the Quran and Sunnah, as well as the sayings of scholars, connecting them to the latest modern psychological models to reach an understanding that cultivates awareness, refines the heart, and improves behavior. The club aims to: build a firm understanding of the self according to the Islamic perspective; invoke the names and attributes of God in understanding humanity and its psychological challenges; practically connect Islamic wisdom with contemporary psychological knowledge; and promote psychological and spiritual well-being through a deeper understanding of the self and of God. Suitable for: anyone who wishes to understand themselves from an authentic Islamic perspective; those interested in combining psychology and Islamic sciences; counselors and specialists who want to expand their tools and develop their approach to therapy; and those seeking meaning, tranquility, and a deeper understanding of the relationship between humanity, God, and oneself. What do we do in the club? We read selected books on Islamic psychology. We discuss concepts and connect them to daily psychological and behavioral realities. We review verses and hadiths that address issues of the soul and purification. We explore the sayings of scholars and practical applications of mental health from an Islamic perspective.
