EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an advanced, internationally recognized therapeutic technique for treating trauma and lingering memories. EMDR helps the brain reorganize painful experiences, reducing their intensity and impact on daily life. In safe, guided sessions, a therapist uses bilateral nervous system stimulation to calm the body's defensive response and build new, healthier, and more resilient connections. This therapy helps alleviate symptoms without delving into the details of the traumatic event, relying on precise protocols that respect the client's readiness and emotional regulation. This service is typically for: those suffering from the psychological trauma of accidents, stressful medical experiences, or the loss of a loved one; those experiencing recurring or distressing painful memories; those with anxiety related to specific events; those with lingering emotional trauma from childhood; those who experience exaggerated reactions to certain situations (triggers); those with physical symptoms related to trauma (such as muscle tension or sleep disturbances); and those with high defensiveness that makes direct communication difficult.

A scientifically based therapeutic approach that helps you understand the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. CBT focuses on identifying unhelpful thought patterns and replacing them with more realistic and healthy ones, which directly impacts your feelings and how you cope with daily life. A neurotherapeutic program based on polyvagal theory research, designed to calm the nervous system and improve emotional regulation. SSP works through scientifically formulated music that retrains the nervous system to feel safe, reducing overreaction to stress and enhancing communication, attention, and neuroplasticity. The protocol is delivered gradually and under the supervision of a specialist to ensure its suitability to the individual's condition and nervous system response. This service typically targets: hypersensitivity to stimuli (sounds, noises, touches, etc.); chronic stress or a constant feeling of alertness; difficulties with emotional regulation or irritability; social anxiety or difficulty forming relationships; mild to moderate attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD); sensory or behavioral difficulties; the effects of mild trauma on the nervous system; feelings of detachment or emotional shutdown; and those who struggle to enter a state of "safety" during the day.

A profound therapeutic approach that aims to understand the different parts of the psyche and how they interact with each other when stressed or in pain. IFS is based on the idea that within each person there are "parts" that hold diverse feelings and roles; some try to protect you, some carry old wounds, and some seek peace and balance. Through safe, guided sessions, therapy helps you connect with these parts gently, calm them, and create inner harmony that allows for healing from within. IFS focuses on fostering a calm, conscious "self" to guide your life with maturity and clarity, rather than reacting or engaging in internal conflicts.

What will you gain from the session?
These modules are not rigid frameworks, but rather flexible tools to be drawn upon to meet your clinical needs. Your approach may focus on a single module or encompass multiple modules, depending on the nature of your cases and your stage of professional development.
Clinical Analysis: Reviewing your session history and therapeutic journeys, exploring new perspectives, and confidently and empoweredly overcoming obstacles.
Skills Development: Working on skills such as case conceptualization, diagnosis, treatment planning and selecting appropriate interventions, and report/session note writing.
Role-Play: A safe space to experiment with new therapeutic techniques before using them with clients.
Discussing complex cases: We discuss ambiguous or difficult cases, aiming to broaden our understanding and provide practical steps for managing challenges (multiple disorders, suicidal ideation, severe denial, low motivation and readiness for improvement, etc.).
Emotional support for the therapist: We integrate the therapist's personal experience into sessions and provide a safe space to discuss feelings arising from the sessions (intersubjectivity), projections of the therapeutic relationship (countertransference), and address emotional exhaustion (compassion fatigue).
Resources and tools: We suggest readings or tools that may be helpful, depending on your needs, to support your cognitive growth.
Who do we serve?
Beginning therapists: To build a solid professional foundation and benefit from the experience of an experienced supervisor, providing security in your early clinical steps.
Expert Practitioners: To transition from the role of a "general therapist" who handles all cases to that of a "specialist therapist" with in-depth knowledge and skills in a specific area, we offer insights into rare cases and help prevent professional stagnation.
Beginner Therapists:
Establish a solid professional foundation by building strong scientific and practical principles from the outset. Professional guidance from an experienced supervisor provides clinical security and minimizes the risk of unnecessary errors.
- You can request a discount if you are a beginner therapist (less than 5 years of experience).
Expert Practitioners:
A reflective space to deconstruct complex cases and refresh your clinical skills, protecting you from professional stagnation and burnout. It also focuses deeply on the "therapist's self" to ensure that your personal biases do not interfere with the therapeutic process.
Our Professional Values
Privacy and Confidentiality: We adhere to strict protocols to protect your data and that of your clients. We focus on the clinical case without sharing your clients' personal data.
A judgment-free environment: We believe that progress requires the courage to question and explore; therefore, we designed mentorship to be a safe space for discovery and growth, based on our belief that reviewing experience with curiosity and compassion is the shortest path to professional insight.
